Term & conditions of sale/return, exchange policy
Your satisfaction is our first priority and we would like you to have the best furniture shopping experience with us, and we hope to see you again for your next purchase.
-All orders can be scheduled for customer pick up or delivery within 3-7 business days, unless that item is back-order , our sales representative will call you, and give you an update within 24 hours after you submit your order.
- Back order items may take anywhere from 2-6 weeks, if the waiting period is longer than you expected, you can cancel your order within 5 days after your order date and receive a full refund.
-All orders can be changed within 48 hours after your order date at no extra cost other than merchandise differences.
Return /Exchange/Refund policy
All orders can be canceled within 48 hours of purchase date for a full refund, cancelation requests can be submitted, only by calling our office.
-If you are not satisfied with your order, you can send it back within 72 hours to get a refund or exchange item.
-No returns or exchanges are accepted after 72 hours of receiving items.
-All items must be damage free, unassembled and re-packaged in the original box in re-salable condition in the way it was received.
-Return or exchange can be denied if the merchandise is not in appropriate conditions as the list above states..
-Customers are responsible for shipping cost of return items to our store in Richardson TX.
-All return or exchange are subject to 20% restocking fee. (Delivery and assembly fees are not refundable)
-Refund will be credited in 5-10 days from the date of arrival for the return item, please be patient while waiting for us to complete your refund request, and don't charge back your credit card, otherwise it will take more time to complete.
-Mattress ,clearance items and financed orders are final and not subject to return or exchange .
Damage or Missing part
-Defective items or missing parts ,must be reported with proof of pictures within 48 hours of pick up or delivery date for replacement ,all damaged item or parts return must be in original packaging ,and must be authorized by us otherwise will be refused.
-Customer is responsible for unassembled and repackaging in the original box like the way received.
-No damaged or part replacement report accepted after 48 hours of pick up or delivery.
-Delivery days are Monday through Saturdays, we will inform you a day before delivery and give you a time frame, somebody with a valid ID must be there during that time.
-Deliveries will NOT be scheduled without customer conformation.
-Delivery and assembly fees can be paid online, in store, or to the driver (cash only) Delivery and assembly charges are NOT refundable.
-Please make sure that area is ready for your new furniture, keep in mind our delivery guys will not move or haul off your old furniture
-Assembly and setup are subject to additional fees, if you have not paid the assembly fee, the delivery guys will NOT do any assembly or set up whatsoever.
-Driver WILL request valid ID from whomever is accepting the delivery.
-If nobody is presented in the delivery address within delivery time frame, re-delivery can be scheduled and the customer WILL be responsible for the re-delivery fee, paying in advanced.
-Canceled orders because of non paying re-delivery fee by customers or non-accepting delivery is subject to a 20% restocking fee plus delivery charge. Balance is refundable to customer.
